In order to achieve the best results from your treatment we ask that you read and understand the following instructions.

FOR 1 WEEK PRIOR TO TREATMENT:
Anti-wrinkle injections
Prescription topical Retinol A
Home Needling
Sun exposure, bleaching, har dying.
FOR 2-4 WEEKS PRIOR TO TREATMENT:
Waxing, bleaching or hair dying any areas to be treated (2 weeks)
Depilatory use in any treated area (2 weeks)
Electrolysis on any treatment area (2 weeks)
IPL/Laser Hair removal treatments (2 weeks)
IPL/Laser Skin Rejuvenation (2 weeks only prior to very superficial peels)
Facial treatments of any kind including any AHA, BHA or Vitamin A treatments (2 weeks)
Microdermabrasion / Epidermal Levelling (2 weeks)
Dermal Fillers (4 weeks)
IPL/Laser Skin Rejuvenation (4 weeks)
HA, BHA, or TCA Superficial to Medium Depth Peels (4weeks)
Medical Needling (4 weeks at epidermis)
TCA or Phenol Deep Peeling (4 weeks)
FOR 3 – 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO TREATMENT:
• In clinic Needling (at dermis level)
• Fractional Ablative Laser Resurfacing
• IPL/Laser Skin Rejuvenation (for medium depth peels)
FOR 6 – 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO TREATMENT:
• Isotretinoin (Roaccutane)
• Full Ablative Laser Resurfacing
• Facelift Surgery
POST TREATMENT AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
In order to achieve the best results from your professional treatment we ask that you read and
understand the following instructions.
Your recovery time will be influenced by the type of treatment you have received and your individual skin’s response. Your Skin Specialist will have discussed with you the individual time frame you should expect for recovery in addition to your personalised post treatment home care.
FOR 24 HOURS POST TREATMENT:
Exercise (avoid getting overheated)
Bathing or Showering
Application of physical sun protection
FOR 72 HOURS POST TREATMENT:
Application of chemical sun protection
FOR 5 – 10 DAYS POST TREATMENT:
Exfoliating products (scrubs, AHA’s, BHA’s, Vitamin A)
Products not recommended by my Skin Specialist
